How to Use pergradi Gifts

Pergradigifts is a unique service offering you and your family the chance to choose from a range of baby and children's products that can be trusted for style and quality.

At Pergradi we know that preparing for a new baby is a precious, special occasion - we also know that this is the start of many other wonderful celebrations. Our collection reflects this and allows an opportunity for the whole family to get involved and to purchase gifts that you know have been handpicked to suit your lifestyle.

How does it work?

It works in a similar way to a Wedding List. Firstly register with pergradigifts. This is where it becomes unique to you as you are then taken through to your family gift tree. Think of the people closest to you who will want to be involved in this special time - add them to your gift tree. (You can add as many names as you need). When you are satisfied with your family tree the next step is to browse and make your gift selection. You will then choose your preferred method of delivery (Click here for information on delivery method and delivery details)

What happens next?

All of your information will then be securely stored in your own personal account (My Account). Once you have added everyone to your gift tree and you are happy with your selection pergradi will send a welcome email to each individual with a direct link to your account. From here they will be able to purchase gifts on your behalf. (If some of your family and friends do not have an email address please provide a full postal address and we will contact them by post)

Gifts will then be stored (dependent on delivery specification) and you and your family tree members will be notified when your gifts have been dispatched. Alternatively you may want your gifts to be dispatched immediately - again you will refer to the delivery specification within your account.

Finally

Sit back and wait for your wonderful gifts to arrive.

* Please note - you can add/change gifts on your list or add family/friends to your list as part of an on going facility within your account. You may want to have more than one list open at a time - In this situation each list will have a unique reference number and can be accessed through your account in the same way.

* You will be notified well in advance if there are any delays in delivery of a particular stock. In the event that an item is permanently out of stock pergradi will endeavour to find a suitable alternative in advance of the delivery date. If a suitable alternative cannot be found a full refund will be given for that item.

* If the gift list has been set up for a specific date changes and additions will only be allowed up to one week before delivery to ensure that products are in stock and delivery can be adhered to. Lists will have a natural expiry date of two weeks after the specified event, unless an extension to this has been requested by the customer.

* Postage and Packaging - each individual will pay for postage and packaging when they purchase their gift item.
